Products & Design
I like a specific design, but I'd like to see it on a different product (ex: it's on a T-shirt but I'd like it on a sweatshirt)...can you do that?
If you see a design you like and you'd want to buy it on a different type of product, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, we will gladly add that product to our store. So just ask us!
I have an idea for a new product / design for your store, can I send it to you?
This one is tricky, but to simplify and keep everyone's legal protections in place, we unfortunately don't accept unsolicited ideas for new products. If you still choose to send us something, those requests will be deleted immediately. We are writers. Copyright is important to us. So thank you in advance for not putting us in an awkward position.
Discounts, Orders, & Shipping
Can I apply multiple discounts to the same order?
Customers can apply only one discount per order. Our suggestion is if you have multiple discounts you wish to use, that you apply those in separate orders.
When will my items ship?
Most of our items ship within 3-4 business days, although a few take a bit longer and backorders do occur. The information on each product's page includes production times and estimated shipping times for that specific product.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Simply, it depends on the product. Some production times are a bit longer than others, and we are currently at the mercy of pandemic-related delays. Each product page lists the expected delivery times, although our goal is to get every product you order to you as fast as possible. Most items, once they have shipped, will arrive within 7-12 business days, but we are constantly working to reduce that number so you have your delightful items sooner.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return products? / Can I get a refund on products?
Please know our primary goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your experience, so we want your entire experience to be delightful. But if the rare circumstance happens where you have a damaged product, we will do our best to make it right. If I need to return a damaged product, how do I do that?
Communications you receive from us about your purchase will include the necessary information. If you can't find what you need, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you sort it out as soon as we can.
Is it worth becoming a subscriber and what do I get?
We send out monthly emails to subscribers outlining new products, current sales, and other promotions. We won't clutter your inbox. You won't suddenly be on random email lists. BUT...we do have subscriber only discounts throughout the year. So if you want to be the first to know about new products or you want some additional discounts? You should subscribe!
Are you hiring? Can I work at Writing Delights?
At this time, we are not hiring for any positions, although that may change in the future. If an opportunity does open, we will post the opportunity here first, so check back regularly if you are interested in an opportunity.
Where are you located?
We don't have a brick and mortar store...all of our products are offered exclusively online. Our main offices are in a northern suburb of Los Angeles, California...if you really want to know.
